At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves. **What We're Looking For** As Head of Affiliates and B2B Partnerships, you will be building from scratch a critical element of our growth engine. You will serve as both the mastermind and key executor behind our approach to affiliates and B2B partners. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Strategy & Leadership**: Define the types of partnerships we should pursue, how we should pursue them, and what ecosystem (team, tools, collaboration models, and processes) we need to succeed. - ** Revenue Growth**: Take full ownership of performance KPIs for affiliates and partnerships, ensuring continuous revenue growth and achievement of revenue and ROI targets. - ** Team Management**: Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing partnerships team. - ** Partner Management**: Personally manage key strategic partners, building strong, long-term, win-win relationships. - ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Represent the needs of affiliates and B2B partnerships at the company level. Work closely with MarTech, Analytics, Creative, and Product teams to align on roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of support. - ** Industry Awareness**: Stay on top of market opportunities, trends, and best practices, and leverage them to create innovative growth opportunities. **The ideal profile**: - ** Proven Track Record in Partnership Growth**: At least 4 years of experience in partnerships or affiliates, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue within this channel by 3-10x. - ** Growth Hacking Attitude**: A growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach define you. You constantly seek new growth levers and know how to turn abstract ideas into actionable execution plans. - ** Strategic & Analytical Skills**: You can identify why something is (or isn’t) working, break down complex problems into actionable steps, and determine the right next moves at different project stages. - ** Project Management Excellence**: Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, setting clear success criteria, and building the necessary ecosystem to deliver continuous results. - ** Strong Communication Skills**: Able to connect with diverse stakeholders, build trust, and tell compelling stories that align partner interests with company goals.
