BBVA is a reference M&A adviser in Spain providing financial advisory services among all sectors (excluding FIG) and with a remarkable track-record in particular in the power & utilities, oil & gas, construction & infrastructure, consumer & retail, TMT and real estate sectors. Our activities cover all client segments needs from large international companies to middle market with a wide expertise in cross-border transactions and in attracting foreign investment flows into Spain.

**About the job**:

- Participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A deals.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation (including teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, process letter and internal presentations, among others).
- Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analysis including most common valuation methodologies (DCF, transaction multiples, trading multiples).
- Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange.
- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential targets and understand industry trends.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or Engineering
- At least 1 year of M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique
- Strong analytical, valuation, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
- Hard-working and highly motivated team player
- English: C1

In order to perform the functions of the position, **it is essential to have valid Mifid certification **. In case you do not have it, it must be obtained at the beginning of the incorporation
