**Job Summary**
We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Global Product Director for a leading biotechnology company based in Madrid. Our client is at the forefront of biotechnological innovation, providing groundbreaking solutions that impact global health and industries. They are seeking an experienced Global Product Director to drive the development and management of their product portfolio on an international scale.
**Role Summary**:As the Global Product Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the company’s key products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and the company’s growth objectives.
**Key Roles**:
- **Global Product Strategy**: Develop and lead the global product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and market demand.
- **Product Development**: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Portfolio Management**: Manage the lifecycle of multiple products, ensuring their success and growth across international markets.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure products meet quality, compliance, and commercial objectives.
- **Customer Focus**: Ensure products are designed and developed with a clear focus on customer needs and market opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 150,000.00€ per year
