**Job Overview**

The Finance & Administration Intern will report directly to the VP Finance, helping with several administrative processes of the company and the accounting department of our various European entities.

The main responsibilities and duties in this role will be:

- Ensuring accuracy in customer contracts and invoices.
- Managing supplier invoices and payments.
- Strategically optimizing costs for improved financial health.
- Assisting with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Prepare HR contracts and payroll.
- Develop financial statements as and when required.
- Coordinate with the external Accountants for Month end, Taxes, Payroll.
- Coordinate with auditors for the year-end financial statement review.
- Handling diverse admin tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
- Coordinates the ubmission of monthly corporate PowerPoint reports.

**Core Competencies**
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Studies in Hospitality or Business Administration.
- Experience in Financial Accountant role or in Hospitality is a plus.
- USALI knowledge is plus.
- Respect deadlines.
- Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanour, whilst remaining genuine.
