**Details of Position**

Teach English Online from the comfort of your home. Set up your home office and join Global Live Team to teach General and Business English online to adults learning worldwide.

Global Live courses are offered in group of 8 format, 1:1 lesson, and exam preparation.

We're looking to build our international freelancer EFL Teacher team to teach an always on, 24/7 timetable from around the world. You need to be a registered self - employed to sign a B2B contract.

**Schedule**:
Monday-Friday, 60-minute lessons, an always on, 24 hours timetable to choose from.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Provide language teaching in a virtual classroom that’s tailored to meet student’ needs and objectives
- Keep your availability information updated on Global Live Portal and be available to deliver contracted or cover classes if requested
- Assess learning needs for students in conjunction with Academic Coordinator
- Contribute to course content and teaching methodology revision in order to maintain currency and relevance
- Maintain familiarity with current texts, business language materials, teaching aids and techniques relative to courses within the specialisation and recommend their adoption when appropriate
- Actively seek ways to improve instruction
- Attend scheduled meetings with students and Academic Team as requested including Course Orientation
- Maintain accurate records on Global Live portal, including after class notes, individual feedback, homework, attendance and monthly progress reports. Strict observance of these procedures is required for on-going consideration for other training assignments

**Education and Experience**:

- A recognised TEFL qualification (min. CELTA or equivalent).
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year teaching English in a virtual classroom

**Technical Requirements**:

- CPU: Intel i5 (10th generation) or higher;
- Memory: 8 GB or higher;
- Webcam: 1080P webcam
- High quality headset
- Internet upload**: at least 8 Mbps
- Tablets and cell phones aren’t suitable for teaching.
