The team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive Feature Discovery, Customer Engagement and Customer Lifetime Value with Alexa through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. Also, this role owns the development of a Alexa Subscription program marketing playbook for Amazon services such as Amazon Music Unlimited, Audible or Amazon Kids.

This is an ideal role for a professional who seeks to leverage their expertise in a large-scale environment that provides ample room for experimentation, testing and innovation. Thanks to the special focus on Alexa Subscription Programs and Germany as locale, the role gives broad exposure to Product, Business Development, Tech and BI teams in US and Europe.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with the global Amazon partner teams to define strategy and goals for EU.
- Test, measure and validate channel experiments to drive Acquisition to EU5 Alexa subscription programs
- Collaborate with the Analytics teams to develop new segmentation frameworks and dynamic content recommendation for our customers.
- Act as point of contact for the multi-functional German Alexa team for Alexa customer engagement.
- Provide Business Analysis to identify device and customer cohort specific behavioral trends. Documentation of those trends and recommendation of regional Action plans.
- Collaborate with the locale and intl Product teams to develop launch plans for new feature launches, provide data-based feedback on existing features and input into roadmap planning.
- Report results, business trends and recommended Action plans to Snr Leadership.
