**Descripción del puesto**:
You are in charge of our new store in Las Rosas - MADRID.
As a Store Manager, your main missions are the following:
- Contribution to the development of our brand by providing a unique in store experience, promoting the brand image
- Organization of the store : current administration, plannings, HR reporting, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
- Management of the team : training, motivating, feedbacks, skills développement
- Optimization of CRM
- Reporting to the retail’s Direction and the company’s headquater and proposition to increase turnover, traffic customers and clients’loyalty
**Perfil**:
You have already had a 5-year-successful-experience as a Store Manager position or assistant store manager position for a luxury brand.
An experience in outlet area would be highly appreciated.
You have an excellent fashion culture and you understand the competitive area.
You have management habilities, organization skills and KPI and CRM are a part of your professionnal success
You need to be fluent english speaker and an other langage would be welcome.
