Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is the business partner for the plant leader and plant leadership team for all aspects of the full financial context of the plant’s activities.
- He/she is a strong contributor to our two strategic pillars: productivity and capital efficiency
- He/she is responsible for maintaining a control environment that complies with the Company’s internal control policies and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
- He/she **manages** all the processes linked to financial planning & analysis in the plant.
- The position reports hierarchically to the Plant Leader with a strong functional reporting accountability for driving results to the Manufacturing Finance Leader of the Region and is a key member of the local management team.
- Span of Control: the position will be responsible for **monitoring** non-financial plant administrative processes linked to or having impact on the objective of driving the plant’s profitability.

**Prerequisites**
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability accompanied by knowledge of corporate finance and manufacturing costing principles, understands P&L and balance sheet dynamics
- Demonstrated high growth in previous experience
- Profound leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Good skills on Windows, Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
