**EMEALA Service Execution Support Manager**:
**How you will do it
Under general direction from EMEALA Service Growth team, ensure proactive pre
- sales suppor t by maintaining the SFDC SQ database and assigning projects to the right experts within GCOE or region to drive profitable service growth in EMEALA. This role will also play a key role and interact with JCI internal customers to resolve and support queries during the Connected Equipment onboarding process. We are seeking for professionals with experience in HVAC and BMS industry who have a significant understanding of chiller, plant room operations and BMS systems.

Act as the first contact for the EMEALA team with regards with pre-sales support and connected equipment onboarding process.

Support sales across all vertical markets and lines of business in the assigned region.

Manage SQ database, track progress, request support and include other JCI entities if required, for example pricing, factory or R&D engineering.

Report pipeline and analyze leads.

Assists in training regional employees on the basics of Connected Equipment and proactive service sales opportunities.

The role will support branches and technical teams during the onboarding process, which includes:
Support the hardware ordering process. Follow up with factory, branches and logistics to track progress and on time deliveries. Maintain and update tracking and ordering systems with correct and accurate information

Improve the internal customer satisfaction by resolving the queries in the quickest and most effective manner.

Be a partner and extension of the branch service team and the product team to ensure the customer’s needs are being met.

Collect forecast and track the actual connections to drive the fiscal year goals.

Review technical documentation and track progress for EMEALA specific deliverables.

**What we look for
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience in HVAC and BMS

Experience with Connected Equipment

Excellent oral and written communication skills in business/technical English

Strong customer management, problem solving and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
