**Your mission**:
You will be a critical member of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Product Management team, creating a unified IBP platform across Operational (S&OE), Tactical (S&OP) & Strategic (IBP) horizons based both for Global IBP Template and local market customizations. You will support the IBP Senior Product Manager to build and maintain the product backlog, manage and coordinate the Solution Design and Configuration Team.

**What you will do more specifically**:
As Global Design and Configuration Lead IBP you will be responsible for driving the execution of product delivery by managing solution architects, data modelers, analysts, engineers, developers, QA, and UI/UX designers both inside Pepsico and at vendors’ side (O9 and integrators) as well as overseeing the delivery of modelling configuration changes, development activities related to configuring the core IBP product for individual markets.

**Your day to day with us**:

- Build and maintain design for IBP Product including Global and local IBP business requirements from the market
- Build and maintain a range of user journeys (use cases) IBP needs to support and identify any gaps to existing IBP functionality
- Coordinate and support the definition and prioritization of product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers
- Support tactical execution of product delivery alongside engineering and data science teams
- Manage & coordinate the Product Solution Design and Configuration team for the deployment of IBP Program into a specific market
- Deliver product by managing o9 solution architects, data modelers, analysts, engineers, developers, QA, and UI/UX designers
- Deliver configuration changes, development activities related to configuring the core IBP product for individual markets (e.g., development of BU- or sector-specific user journeys or data integrations), localization of platform / native analytics, platform UI/UX, configure UX/UI design for local systems including development of additional user journeys if required
- Ensure quality is managed and tests are conducted
- Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**What you will need to succeed**:

- Hands-on functional and technical experience and deep architecture knowledge in o9 solutions, including o9 data model (table structures, dependencies, optimal designs, best practices) for designing various planning use cases
- 5+ years of Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly-matrixed environment
- Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions
- Experience in design and deployment of ISCP/IBP technology solutions such as JDA/Blue Yonder (ESP, Demand, IO, Luminate Control Tower, TM, WM), o9, SAP IBP, etc.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
- IBP, Demand Planning, S&OP or S&OE experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
- Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs
- Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others along
