We are currently looking for an exceptional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join a growing team reporting to the Head of Finance. This is a role with high visibility: On day 1, you will be leading or working on cross-functional projects alongside Toqio’s Head of FInance, CFO, and Executive Team.
**As an FP&A Manager you will**:
- Work across Toqio’s Finance, Commercial, Customer Success, and Product / Tech teams to extract data-driven insights for Toqio’s CFO, Executive Team, and Board - Playing a key role in continuously enabling our organisation to best deploy financial, operational, and human capital resources across a spectrum of opportunities
- Own Toqio’s business plan modelling, incl. Scenario planning, sensitivities, and risk analysis
- Own Toqio’s budget management cycle, processes, and insights
- Build insightful dashboards and reports for our Executive Team and Board, leveraging existing visualisation and reporting tools
- Support Toqio’s Head of Finance and CFO to bring our finance capabilities to the next level - by proactively identifying priority areas, aligning on action plans, and driving projects with a high level of ownership and independence
**Requirements**:
**Experience required**:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, e.g., FP&A, Strategic Finance / Corporate Strategy with proven expertise building complex financial models, generating financial insights for strategic decision-making, and managing KPI reporting
- Experience within the SaaS (Software-as-as Service) sector is a must
- Proven experience building and managing executive dashboards using common visualisation tools (e.g., including but not limited to - Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering, or an MBA from a top school
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish or English (English proficiency is a must)
- Outstanding presentation, story-telling, and change management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
