Resolver cualquier problema que los huéspedes puedan tener antes, durante o después de su estadía. Esto incluye comunicarse con los propietarios y/o administradores de propiedades locales para encontrar soluciones;
- Garantizar una comunicación rápida y eficiente con los huéspedes potenciales para convertir sus consultas en reservas confirmadas;
- Registrar los pagos por servicios adicionales, reclamaciones y reembolsos cuando corresponda;
- Ser ingenioso y creativo, asegurando la completa satisfacción de los huéspedes Recuerde que nuestro objetivo es siempre tener huéspedes y propietarios felices;
- Ser flexible y adaptable a las necesidades cambiantes y a las nuevas situaciones;
Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato fijo discontinuo
Retribución complementaria:
