New Developments Sale Agent

Our client a well establish luxury real estate company in Marbella are looking for a new member to their team to work solely on exciting new development projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with real estate agencies to promote the new developments.
- Attend to real estate agencies with clients on site
- Attend to walk in clients.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and New Development Manager

**Requirements**:

- Experienced salesperson with off plan experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Must be highly presentable.
- Speak English and Spanish fluently with additional languages a bonus.
- Proactive and a people person
- Must live within easy commute of Marbella.

Package
- Basic salary-€1600-€1700 net plus commission per sale
- Office based.

**Salary**: From 1,600.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marbella, Málaga provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
