**Purpose and objectives**

The role belongs to the Office of the General Manager, as a small team working directly with the Southern Europe & Francophone Africa SVP and General Manager and the Regional Leadership Team. The office is driving the agenda, preparing his meetings, internally within the organization as well as with external parties, and making sure that the General Manager’s daily management activities are well organized and efficient.

In this position, the person will specifically be in charge of structuring and coordinating internal activities of the SEFA General Manager such as meetings with his management team, forecast calls, leadership offsites, etc

He/She will be also taking care of business operations analytics, securing the right information to have the right decisions about strategy and tactics in the geography.

**What you’ll do**

In this role, the student will regularly take part in strategic meetings and presentations that will allow him/her to develop a thorough understanding of the industry and of how the business is conducted at SAP

He/she will also gain exposure to various global and regional leaders and will develop a highly valuable international experience & networking

**Expectations and tasks**
- Manage bi-weekly leadership meeting, building the agenda and compiling meeting content, ensuring that the discussions and decisions are documented and executed.
- Deal with quarterly advisory board, building the agenda and get meeting content from participants, prioritizing topics, ensuring that the discussions and decisions are documented and executed.
- Plan and execute leadership offsites, working on the agenda, securing internal speakers at global and regional level and external speakers, managing all logístical and production aspects
- Follow up and monitor the execution of actions from Forecast Calls, Quarterly Business Review,
- Setup and drive specific internal initiatives upon request

**Education and qualifications / skills and competencies**

- Active student or graduate up to 6 months in Business Administration and/or Business Analytics
- Fluent English and Spanish mandatory, additional French or German would be a strong plus
- Structure and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Project management skills would be welcome
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Sufficient level of maturity and self-confidence in order to interact with high-level executives, inside and outside the company.
