**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Technical and strategic coordination with the Head of Prod. Segment for the development of the segment's product catalog.
- Complete technical management of new product development.
- Application of lessons learned from other projects.
- Management of technical resources at project level.
- Main technical interface with the project customer.
- Customer requirements analysis and negotiation.
- Coordination of development tasks with other technical domains of the company: Systems Engineering, HW, SW, Mechanics, Quality, Functional Safety, Validation and Industrialization.
- Technical development of the project according to budget and planning.
- Close coordination with the Project Manager. Risk and cost analysis together with the Project Manager and the segment leader.
- Responsible for the main technical documents of the project: block diagrams, electronic schematic, 2D drawings, electronic and mechanical bill of materials with first and second sources, design justifications, simulations, tolerance analysis and validation plans.
- Organization of technical reviews of the project involving other domains and especially the quality department.
- Review of the design FMEA together with the quality department.
- Management and resolution of problems at technical level.
- Willingness to travel and technical support on site.
- Keeping the Segment Leader and the company management informed about the progress of the project.

**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Electronics degree or similar.
- English (C1).
- Spanish (B2).
- Electronics knowledge.
- Microsoft Office (MS Planning, Gannt or similar will be a plus).
- Altium Designer
- MahCad or similar
- Mathlab
- LT Spice
- ASpice methodology knowledge will be valued.
- Motor control expertise.
- Embedded Code knowledge will be valued.
- Functional Safety knowledge will be valued.
- Cybersecurity knowledge will be valued.
- At least 5 years of experience in electronics HW design y and team management.
- Previous experience in the inverter products will be valued.
- Previous experience in direct contact with customer and suppliers.
