**The role**

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be the point of contact for any users within the company/projects who have questions or need to be trained on a certain Salesforce product. You will also have the opportunity to face new challenges that will allow you to reach your potential.

**Expected Functions / Key Results**:

- Be the point of contact for any users within the company/projects who have questions or need to be trained on a certain Salesforce product.
- Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively.
- Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data.
- Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other Consultants to document user stories/requirements.
- Documenting process, procedures, internal and end-user manuals, training materials and performing trainings to end users.
- Working closely with the Sales Managers to ensure alignment with the greater Sales organization.
- Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes.
- Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 4 + years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Be a critical thinker: solve tough problems for the world's biggest brands, work together, and be relentless in ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Leveraging a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities and limitations to clearly communicate those to customers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to listen actively and analyze requirements in a profound manner
- Ability to lead projects and leverage with clients and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

**1st step: Phone call with our Talent Acquisition team**

**2nd step: Cultural fit interview**

After passing the technical test, it's time for a face-to-face meeting (online) so we can meet each other and lay out everything we can offer you and what you can bring to our Nuvofamily so that we can succeed together If we're on the same page, we move straight to the last step.

**3rd step: Technical Interview with the team**

A technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
