**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Brindar soporte técnico a solicitudes de clientes (internos y externos);
- Instalación/mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de hardware y software;
- Mantener el control de activos de software y equipos de TI;
- Participar en la planificación técnica de acciones en el área;
- Monitorear y administrar servicios de red;
- Preparar y mantener la documentación de sistemas de acuerdo con el estándar adoptado por la empresa;
- Identificar y implementar nuevas tecnologías para el entorno de TI;
- Ayudar a los usuarios a hacer un mejor uso del equipo y las aplicaciones disponibles;
- Participar en el proceso de análisis de nuevo hardware y software, así como en el proceso de compra y implementación; Realizar capacitaciones internas, transmitiendo los conocimientos necesarios para el desarrollo de actividades/procesos.Habilidades, conocimientos y experiência:
- Conocimiento de entornos Linux y Windows (servidores/escritorios);
- Conocimiento en mantenimiento de equipos (servidores, escritorios, laptops, activos de red, etc.);
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita;
- Organización;
- Ganas de aprender y ser proactivo/a;
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
Se considerarán un plus las siguientes habilidades:
- Servicios de red (DNS, DHCP, SMB, SFTP, LDAP, HTTP, VPN, etc.);
- Creación/manipulación de scripts;
- Experiência con virtualización (VMware) y la nube;
- Seguridad informática (copias de seguridad, cortafuegos, antivirus, etc.);
- Experiência en servicio de soporte;
- Certificación LPI en Linux;
- Conocimiento del idioma Italiano.
