Responsibilities: As a Sales Trainee, you will learn to: - Support the hotel's MICE sales processes, including, but not limited to, support in MICE-related RFPs, follow-up, negotiation, and contracting of group-related business. - Support the MICE segment in the hotel from solicitation to completion of group transactions. - Assist in drafting and/or accurately reviewing all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banqueting/catering orders. - Regularly follow up with clients during and after check-out to ensure client satisfaction and secure future bookings.

**Requisitos**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of colleagues and customers. - Display excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. - Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed service standards. - Strong analytic and presentation skills, with frequent interaction with marketing, business development, and sustainability personnel in customer-facing sales opportunities.
