**Job Description**:
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Context:
The Content House (CH) is a global team at Signify aimed at creating and producing marketing communications content for our various brands across our B2B and B2C business units. This content supports various activities such as brands or products campaigns, new products introductions and always on communications that are deployed to our markets globally.

In other words, the CH is Signify's global internal marketing agency acting as a globally scalable solution designed to create meaningful content at an optimal cost and speed and available to central functions and all markets.

The key capabilities it covers are content strategy, creative, and production management. With this set up, these are partly or fully in housed at Signify and when relevant, leveraging key agencies partnerships.

The CH comes with a content technology stack that connects the entire workflow and streamline collaboration between global brand and local marketing teams. It helps markets finding existing content for their local activations, reusing pre-existing assets that performs.

Key responsibilities:
We are looking for an intern for a 6 months internship to work with the Production Specialist to:

- Content planning: Managing the production calendar i.e capacity, workload management and prioritization for the production part of the overall project.
- Selecting the optimal production partners depending on the nature of the brief
- Managing project execution: overseeing the production agencies, ensuring SLA´s / KPIs and project timelines are met, be the point of contact for project delivery related escalations.
- Asset knowledge management: Working alongside librarians to drive asset reuse and promote existing content that performs
- Production innovation: Working with production partners to promote internally the use of alternative / modern ways to produce content and formats (dynamic, metaverse, AR, VR etc)
- Supporting regional partner governance: key partners relationship management, including leading the key forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews
- Operational excellence: continuously improve ways of working leveraging and proactively feed back
- Model evolution management: being an active contributor to define the future of the model, identifying opportunities for improvement or to expand capabilities, running pilots and scaling.
- Stakeholders engagement: manage key comms and key stakeholders engagement to continuously create excitement and drive adoption of the CH

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Business school background, preferably in marketing
- Preferably some experience as production assistant in shootings / agencies
- Good knowledge of video / image formats
- Interest in creation of content
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
