Financial Analyst Services - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a/an Financial Analyst Services to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in Spain and play a key role in driving our financial reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll analyze and interpret financial data, support global reporting, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support Division HQ Controller and Division CFO with timely financial information.
- Perform month-end closing activities and analyze financial results.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting from legal entities.
- Provide training on reporting systems.
- Contribute to monthly MIS presentations and ad-hoc reports.
- Control HQ cost centers and monitor CAPEX spending.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial processes.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Have a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with prior Financial Analysis/Controlling experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and commercial awareness with a deep business understanding.
- Have excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize responsibilities, tasks, and processes.
- Be proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and have an excellent understanding of integrated ERP systems.
- Be fluent in English; German is a plus.
