Inside Sales Representative

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the comprehensive management and coordination of public procurement, representing the company before public administrations.
- Registration in new digital platforms, requested by the public administration.
- Responsible for the project in the proposal preparation phase, coordinating multidisciplinary work teams (administrative, technical, financial, legal, etc.) in order to obtain the most competitive and highest quality offer possible, respecting the established deadlines.
- Preparation, drafting, review of documents and approval of offers.
- Making inquiries and observations related to the requirements of the bidding processes.
- Submission of bids to the bidding body through the electronic office or through the procedure specified for each opportunity, as well as follow-up until award.
- Preparation of corrections, clarifications and documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate the different communications between the parties involved in the opportunity.
- Review the contract to proceed to its signature.
- Maintenance and updating of the documentary base for the preparation of proposals (contests).
- Request and Cancellation of Guarantees
- Maintenance and updating of the documentary base of requests and cancellations of definitive guarantees.
- Preparation and submission of proposals for maintenance contracts for the Optics and Rx divisions.
- Maintenance and updating of the documentation base of the maintenance contracts of the Optics and Rx divisions.
- Submission of quarterly and annual reports on radioactive and radiodiagnostic facilities to the Nuclear Safety Council (CSN), through the electronic office.
- Presentation of documentation for the approval of type equipment, in the Nuclear Safety Council (CSN), through the electronic office.
- Request of Acceptance certificate of the supplies provided to the public administration.
- Communication and sending of Acceptance certificate and DIR codes to the billing and financial department, to start the billing process for the supplied equipment.
- Legal documents maintenance

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the legislation related to the public sector contracts law (LCSP).
- Knowledge and operation of the different digital platforms used in Spanish public procurement
- Native Spanish language
- High English level
- 5 years experience on public tenders management
