Accountabilities and Objectives: - Upskill customer on Azure AI Services and Machine Learning- Lead ethical AI projects leveraging the services and principles of Responsible AI- Contribute to readiness plan for the account based on customer project/s- - Accelerate, expand and optimize customer solutions through consumption motion, CAF, WAF and Reusable IP (Community IP/Managed IP/Proactive Accelerator)- Deliver & support customer journey through Connected Customer Experience with customer centricity- Adhere to activity-based Orchestration Model to lead and drive technical activities across the customer success engagement life-cycle- Customer & Partner Value - Create value by accelerating consumption of solutions and support- Connected Customer Experience - Deliver an easy & connected experience- Customer & Partner Trust - Build trust through customer centricity & technical capabilities **Responsibilities**: - Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers’ overall data estate Business and IT priorities and success measures to design AI solutions that drive business value.Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment- - Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements- - Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers on Azure platform**Qualifications**: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field would be valuable. Technical Experience: - Enterprise-scale technical experience with one or more AI pillars (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Bot Service, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent), Open-Source AI frameworks, MLOps, cloud and hybrid infrastructures and architecture designs.- "Hands on" Experience creating AI Proof of Concepts, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) leading to production deployment.- The technical aptitude and experience to learn new technologies and understand market and relevant cloud trends.- Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of key AI platforms such as AWS, GCP, IBM Watson, etc.- Partners: Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.- Depth / Subject Matter Expertise in two or more of the following Azure AI Platform Cloud solutions: - Azure Bot Services- - Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Cognitive Search- - Data Science / Machine Learning- - Breadth of technical experience and knowledge preferred: - Application development skills - ability to stand up a back end (Python or similar), front end (node.js or similar)- - Architecture - the ability to create and explain 3-tier architecture diagrams, system context diagrams, system interaction diagrams, etc.Professional Experience: Communication: - Relationship Building: Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects. The ability to influence and build relationships across technical and business teams- Good business acumen to quickly understand the customer’s industry and business to have relevant discussions with business decision makers.- Good understanding of key AI scenarios that are driving innovation in key industries such as financial services, Retail, Healthcare etc.- Problem Solving: Ability to solve customer’s AI problems through various cloud technologies- Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, ability to communicate AI concepts effectively with business, data science and technical audiences, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects.
