**About Skycop**
At Skycop, we fight for air passenger rights. We help travelers claim compensation for delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights - and we’ve already assisted millions of passengers across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced **Accountant** to join our international team in our new office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Spanish and international accounting standards
- Prepare, issue, and review invoices
- Assist with payroll and employee compensation calculations (in collaboration with HR)
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Support audit processes and liaise with local authorities and external partners
- Submit tax declarations (e.g., IVA, IRPF)
**What we expect**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in **Spanish** (written and verbal)
- Good command of **English**:
- Knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently
