**What you’ll do**

We’re looking for a Customer Success Renewal intern who is passionate about AI & Analytics and want to help our clients achieve maximum value from SAS software. As a Customer Success intern, you’ll support our renewal strategy.

Our Customer Success Renewal teams play a critical role in ensuring customer retention through the creation and execution of timely renewal plans, managing renewal processes and contracts efficiently.

**Required qualifications.**
- You’re a university student enrolled in an accredited program or a new graduate with a business degree.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
- Fluent in English. An additional European especially German or French language will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

**CareerStart Program dates**: 1st April - 30th September 2025 (we can have some flexibility regarding start/finish dates)

**Location**:Madrid, Spain. We offer a hybrid, flexible approach to work.
