We offer you the opportunity to kick-start your career in the sales area as a Junior Key Account Manager, taking responsibility for the flawless execution of strategy at the point of sale and across retail channel accounts, with strong opportunities for professional development.

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- You will lead one of the business units and be responsible for ensuring that the external POS team meets the assigned KPIs
- Work closely with the category to understand the needs and communicate them to the accounts and the external POS execution provider
- Coordinate information with the external POS execution provider.
- Identify opportunities to improve in-store execution capability.
- Work closely with the accounts to streamline and secure execution.
- Review monthly execution results and identify gaps.
- Manage medium-billing proximity channel accounts.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics.
- Strong action and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills and solid data management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong planning and project follow-up abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Valid driver’s license required.
