Glovo is looking for an Intern Operations Specialist to join the Spanish team. Are you passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on? Do you want to evolve into one of the fastest growing Start-ups of Barcelona, building a product that will change people's day-to-day and disrupt the on-demand market?Be a part of a team where you will:

- Be the owner of Operational metrics of your cities
- Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the city.
- Optimize delivery times, profitability and courier earnings
- Analyze, deepdive and find solutions to any potential issue that deviates your cities from their goals
- Perform any required analysis to come up with insights to improve metrics in all cities of the region
- Hold meetings with your cities' courier fleet
- Participate on the courier onboarding process by defining the targets of your cities taking into account both conversion rate and time
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (engineering or business)
- Data driven mindset with good communication skills with ability and agility to solve problems
- Orientation toward results, you are autonomous and efficient
- An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders
- Hands-on attitude/autonomous, you can think and work on your own and make things happen.
- Great ability to work as a team member
- You have an amazing attention to detail, a great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty
- Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks
- Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
- Proficiency in English
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
