**Data Management & Customer Insights** **Area**:
The Data Management & Customer Insights area of IQVIA is responsible for developing solutions to maximize our customers´ satisfaction, ensuring that they obtain the maximum value from all our data, products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
As an intern within our Data Management & Customer Insights team, your main objective will be to support all the team members in the following functions:

- Data analysis and developing BI solutions
- Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
- Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
- Check that a the delivered services comply with the client's specifications in the time and quality agreed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree: Statistics, Bio-Statistics, Mathematics or similar degree/master related to Data Processing
- Knowledges related to:
Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau...) High Microsoft Office level Data Bases Management (SQL, Access, etc.) Data Processing/Programing (SAS, R, Python, etc.)
- High English level
- Very good communication/interpersonal skills
- High interest in the pharmaceutical industry
