Desde **We Bring** estamos buscando un/a **Recruitment Consultant **para unirse a nuestro equipo de** **Talento en Zamudio. Trabajarás en la selección y atracción de talento en los sectores de Ingeniería, Energía e IT.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?**
- Te encargarás de la definición de los puestos de trabajo.
- Realizarás criba curricular, entrevistas telefónicas y personales por competencias.
- Serás responsable de la negociación y elaboración de ofertas económicas.
- Reportarás al cliente sobre el estado de los procesos de selección.
- Propondrás nuevas iniciativas que permitan mejorar y hacer más eficiente el proceso de selección y la atracción del talento en la empresa.

- Más de 3 años de experiência en selección de perfiles técnicos.
- Nível B2 de inglés.
