**Develops and implements sales strategy for the Levante region to achieve sales and profitability goals.**
- **Set sales goals and objectives.**:
- **Develops specific action plans for new product introduction in the region.**:
- **Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and other key stakeholders**:
- **Key customers management - find needs and opportunities.**:
- **Coordination with marketing to create the account / product marketing plans.**:
- **Coordination of proposals and tender responses.**:
- **Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.**:
- **Oversee, track and analyze reports of sales.**
**Team management**:
- **Ensure well-functioning of sales team**:
- **Actively facilitate sharing of information across the organization in a way that results in good coordination of actions and decisions**:
- **Collaboration with sales representatives in developing their sales and marketing competencies.**:
- **Create an environment in which every member of the team has an opportunity to succeed & develop.**:
- **Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.**:
- **Promote an environment that supports ethical leadership.**:
- **Ensure utilization of the CRM tools to increase sales productivity**:
- **Distributors and sales agents management (inventory, contracts, FCPA compliance)
**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in Team management (at least 2 years)**:
- **Experience in sales (at least 4 years), very valuable experience in the sector.**:
- **University Degree**:
- **Fluent Spanish and English (B2-C1)**
