**About our project**
Innovamat is an educational project that revolutionizes the learning of mathematics. We transform the classroom to excite, motivate and stimulate boys and girls, promoting meaningful learning. To achieve this, we offer schools quality resources, manipulative material, teacher training, a self-adaptive and self-correcting gamified platform and personalized advice.

In other words, we work to make math accessible and exciting, providing our students with the tools they need to confront the world around us with a critical mind.

**Innovamat's community**
We are a network of more than people who are passionate about teaching, mathematics and technology. All this combined has caused us to reach more than, schools, which is more than, students and, teachers.
We started in Catalonia, and we have managed to reach schools all around Spain, Chile and Ecuador. This year, we want to cross even more borders by helping schools in Italy, Mexico and the US.

**Your mission ‍‍**
- You will be working on the **digital experience of students**. Your mission: engage them and maximize their learning through digital practice.
- Define and develop the requirements and the strategy for the new features, collaborating with the Learning team of each Stage (Early Years, Primary Education, and Secondary Education), Data and Design team
- Guide the product development the new functionalities while effectively communicating the product requirements to the Engineering teams.
- Build user stories and manage the backlog of each sprint using the agile development framework.
- Visit schools and interview users (teachers/students) to collect feedback on our product.
- Monitor product usage metrics by collecting information to propose improvements.
- Collaborate with the entire Product team to develop a long-term product vision and roadmap.

**Who are you**
- Ability to empathize with users, identify opportunities and build a product that answers to those opportunities.
- A proactive mindset that seeks out challenges rather than waiting for problems to come to you.
- Minimum year of experience as a product owner/manager in a digital product.
- Experience working in agile software development environments such as Scrum.
- Interest in improving K- education for all students
- Healthy obsession for delivery and impact.
- Facility to communicate with technical and design teams.

**Nice to have**:

- Technical and/or educational background
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Previous experience in a digital product involving Unity and/or React
- Catalan and Spanish
