Our customer is **Valeo**, a leading global automotive supplier and a strategic business group within the Valeo Group. With a strong focus on innovation, Valeo Service delivers cutting-edge technology and aftermarket solutions to support the mobility needs of customers worldwide.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Project Department in the role of **Project Manager**.

The mission of the role is to ensure project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing) in the management of Projects. You will be responsible for coordinating projects and systems to meet Valeo and customer expectations, ensuring successful project launches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze requests from RFQ to changes and define internal activities with agreed timing.
- Maintain regular communication with the customer.
- Prepare and submit CAA and IAR at the project/system level.
- Estimate costs, define offer strategy, and validate management decisions.
- Ensure project team members' activities are on track to achieve milestones.
- Manage project resources and control activities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Prepare decision-making processes for relevant committees.
- Resolve project issues and escalate support needs appropriately.
- Track project KPIs related to profitability, quality, and production preparation.
- Provide project status reports to management (PSC-PMC).

**Education/Training**:

- Engineering/Master's degree.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Financial understanding of product cost structure and payback.
- Knowledge and experience in product development processes.
- Successful experience in project management function.
- Fluent in English.
