We have a reputation for delivering efficient, comfortable and reasonably priced transfers to and from Alicante, Murcia and Valencia airports and train stations and also tailor made transfers for any sporting events, conferences, schools, universities excursions etc. Our transfer solutions are underpinned by our company wide commitment to providing a first class customer experience 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We currently require a reservations/commercial agent to join our team in our busy reservations office in Benidorm. This position is full time and all year round, we do not have a low season where you will be required to finish at the end of the summer season.

Office opening hours are between 09:00 hours until 20:00hours. All reservation agents work on a rota basis and they will be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays.

Full training on systems, processes and procedures will be given prior to commencement of the role.

Key Requiremens:

- Fluency in English, Spanish ( Spoken and Written ) are essential. Other languages such as German, Dutch, and Swedish would be useful but not a requirement.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in reservations / customer service and sales and / or the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills. You will be working very closely with our transport, reservation and airport departments as well as our external customers.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- An excellent team player.
