**About this role**:
We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager** to join our **Offer Content **team in Madrid, Spain. This role involves leading the development of our content syndication platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives. The position will play a crucial role in managing comprehensive offer types, including gift cards, vouchers, deals, and cashbacks, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of technology and market demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead** the vision and strategy for the content syndication platform, aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
- **Collaborate** closely with engineering teams to design and implement new features that enhance automation capabilities and user experience.
- **Identify** market opportunities through rigorous analysis of industry trends and user feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.
- **Organize** and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring timely delivery of developments that maximize value.
- **Develop** data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of new features and iterate based on performance metrics.
- **Monitor** technological advancements and regulatory changes that could impact the product roadmap or operational compliance.
- **Shape** the company's thought leadership in content syndication by participating in workshops, and other relevant forums.

**Bonus points if you**:

- Possess prior experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry, particularly with voucher or discount services.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven product development, particularly in CMS and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing successful features based on user and market data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
- Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

**Technical skills**:

- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Familiarity with CMS frameworks and APIs
