We are looking for an Italian-speaking Personal Stylist (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

**What you will do in this role**

As a **Personal Stylist** on our team, you will:

- Assist customers by suggesting suitable substitutes for out-of-stock items and/or special occasion products.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone
- Initiate outgoing communication to pursue sales opportunities
- Maximize sales results through customer interactions
- Recognize potential sales prospects during post-sales support interactions with customers.
- Identify customer needs and preferences to offer thorough guidance on product selection and assist them throughout the purchasing and payment process
- Provide recommendations for items that complement the customer's current purchases
- Deliver superior customer service by providing guidance, advice, and premium experience, instilling a sense of brand pride, and embodying the role of a true Brand Ambassador
- Inspire customers by staying abreast of current trends and styling techniques, continuously enhancing knowledge and expertise

**Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you**:

- Are proficient or bilingual in Italian plus advanced Spanish and English
- Have minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience in fashion retail
- Are proficient in sales techniques including up-selling, cross-selling, and objection handling
- Are passionate about fashion, outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Have flexibility to work Monday to Saturday and travel to Italy
- Are passionate about selling, with a flair for styling and a deep love for fashion
- Possess strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
- Work effectively within a team environment

- Salary 9 400 euros gross/year + up to 1 200 euros gross/year in bonus
