**Masteos** is reinventing the rental investment experience, by offering a completely dematerialized journey and high-level support to individuals who want to buy a property to rent.

Masteos offers a turnkey service, structured around four main areas, all of which are internalized:
Property acquisition ;

Construction work ;

Furnishing ;

Rental management via Masteos little sister, Amastas.

All managed in a single app

Our ambition? Allow European people (we're available in Spain, Belgium and France, other countries are opening soon) to complete their real estate investments from their phone, without the hassle of property visits or even building site and tenant management.

In short: a one-stop rental shop, which allows everyone to build up its property assets through a fully digitalized journey and a high-quality service.

**Tu puesto**:
✔️Estarás a cargo de una cartera de activos en arrendamiento. Tu día a día, es asegurar, optimizar las rentas del arrendamiento velando por que estas mismas sean lo más seguras posibles.

✔️Estarás en constante contacto con los arrendatarios, acompañando estos mismos durante toda su estancia.

**Tu misiones serán las siguientes**:

- Redactar los contratos de arrendamiento
- Recordatorio de pago
- Fijar cláusulas de renovación del precio del alquiler
- Regular las cargas provenientes del arrendamiento
- Devoluciones de fianzas
- Informe de gestion
- Abonar suministros
- Trabajar en el interés del propietario para un control riguroso de los dosieres recibidos, seguimientos de los impagos y gestiones que proceden.

Misiones juridicas y técnicas:

- Te encargas de los aspectos tecnicos y juridicos que permiten asegurar el buen estado a futuro de las propiedades
- Recepción de bienes internos y externos según las exigencias Masteos.
- Gestion de incidencias
- Seguimiento de obras menores
- Control de contratos obligatorios, y inspección del estado de la propiedad
- Estar en relación con los contratistas de obra

Ademas de estas misiones de Gestion, deberá ser:

- Capaz de gestionar situaciones complejas
- Apto en colaborar con otros departamentos para llegar a mejorar aspectos que no funcionen correctamente
- De forma sencilla, velas en mantener a los arrendatarios y arrendadores satisfechos.
- Masteos está actualmente en fuerte crecimiento, el entorno cambia de de forma regular:

- Ya has trabajado en el sector inmobiliario o jurídico, tienes experiência o has trabajado en funciones similares de 5 a 10 años.
- Dispones de una gran fuerza a la hora de convencer y de un rigor a la hora de gestionar la cartera de activos que se te asigne.
- Se te reconocen tus habilidades a la hora de saber escuchar a los demás y ofrecer un servicio de calidad, siendo una persona organizada.
- El sector inmobiliario te encanta.
- Eres flexible y ágil, lo que te permitirá ir creciendo en una start-up en constante evolución.

**Compensación y beneficios**:

- Paquete retributivo de 24k€ + variable y objetivos anuales alcanzables (entre 10K€ y 20K€),
- Responsabilidades, autonomía y crecimiento,

- Facilitación de acceso a comprar tus propios activos inmobiliarios,
- Tener un impacto social (lucha contra la vivienda no apta) y ambiental (vivienda = 25% de las emisiones de CO2)
