We are looking for a **Greek Speaking Customer Representative**to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract, 30 hours/week: Monday to Friday either from 8:00 to 14:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Customer Representative **in our team, you will:

- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Greek, have an advanced level of English
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
- Can to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Are able to work under pressure in a pressurized environment
- Have very good communication skills and can work in a team
- Have a logical approach to problem solving
- Are able to work on own initiative and adapt to different situations and needs.
