Project Manager

9 Is the number of direct reports that you’ll support in the Engineering and Automation department as project Management and Automation Lead.

In this role you will ensure management of projects and improvements that are entrusted in the team, ensuring deadlines, quality and cost, in addition to compliance with safety, GMP and Environment regulations.

You’ll lead the continuous improvement of the plant at a strategic level, obtaining improvements in the sterile product manufacturing process. Ensuring that the start-up and qualification of new and existing installations are coordinated, promoting and leading the collaboration between Automation and Engineering teams for the definition of automation, control and instrumentation concepts for the processes, ensuring that the selection criteria, calibration or verification of the instrumentation are correct. You’ll also ensure compliance within the Safety, Environment and Quality standards and procedures established by the Company, actively participating in carrying out OPS.

**Minimum requirements**

Educational Experience:
Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering or Chemistry.
- 3+ years leading teams in a multi-national company,

preferably pharmaceutical
- Aseptic process expertise
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong business and collaboration skills to address x-functionally and x-divisionally (new) key pain points

to solve
- Strong business partnering skills with a solution and

growth mindset
- Seniority to challenge GM and other functional heads

(Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Business

Ops); Enterprise mentality to drive decisions that

support the strategy & priorities for the organization,

and deputize in the absence of the GM
- Curiosity and external orientation - agility to spend

one day per month in the field with customers and to

connect on all levels of the organization to get

insights
