**Your Role**: Join our team as the Government Affairs & Patients Advocacy Groups Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our therapies and products reach those in need, fostering an environment where innovation and chronic disease management drive optimal health outcomes. Your objective will be to optimize our working model, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness to current and future business needs while maximizing patient benefits.

As the Manager, you will have several key responsibilities. You will need a deep understanding of the national strategy and regional market access plans, and the political climate, leveraging this understanding to generate impactful messages and campaigns that align with our objectives. Building strong and value-driven long-term relationships with healthcare institutions and patient groups, including key opinion leaders and influencers, will be crucial in driving success. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for public-private partnerships at the regional and national levels, ultimately making a positive impact on patients' lives. You will advocate for patients, giving them a voice and actively working towards change. You will represent the company in external meetings and forums will be an integral part of your role, where you will showcase our commitment to patient advocacy. Your actions will be supported by cross-functional collaboration and close collaboration with other departments, ensuring strategic alignment and well-informed decision-making.

**Who you are**:

- You have a University Degree in a related field, such as political science, public policy, business administration, and management, or health care is required.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in Government Affairs and Patients Advocacy Groups within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- You have a proven understanding of institutions and patient groups and Spanish decision-making processes, with significant experience.
- You possess strong presentation and communication skills; and lead change with diverse partners ranging from scientific societies, patient groups and charities, government, and civil service through to presentations at the board level.
- You have strong business acumen and the capacity to represent the company at meetings with policy officials and other high-level external partners.
- You have a proficient level of English.
