**Location**:Terrassa, Barcelona (Spain)

**MISSION**:
HSE & 5S Coordinator provides leadership, guidance and assistance to plant staff in achieving superior Health & Safety, Environmental and 5S performance and is responsible to ensure Company compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generate in collaboration with the plant management a real Safety Culture based on 0 labour accidents policy.
- Define and perform HSE control tools: area safety audits, daily safety walks
- Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSE management system based on ISO 14 001 and ISO 45 001.
- Investigate or where appropriate, assist others to investigate the circumstances and causes of HSE accidents, incidents or near misses and take necessary steps to prevent its recurrence, keeping the corresponding written records.
- Managing effective communications with stakeholders: labour unions, administration, employees

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Technical studies / Master in HSE.
- Solid experience in similar position within the automotive industry (3 years minimum).
- Knowledge of HSE management systems models.
- Certified by ISO 14 001 & ISO 45 001.
- Local language fluency and English B2.
