On behalf of our customer, a fast growing travel-tech company, we are looking for Team Leader Sales & Account Management
Tasks
Your role in this journey
- Manage a high-performing sales and account management team
- Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the Canary Islands, acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.
- Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives in order to reach your area targets.
- Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
- Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
- Continue building the brand in the area.
- Work together with the Country Lead Southern Spain and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
- Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.
**Requirements**:

- A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets.
- Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
- Very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team’s approach.
- A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
- Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fast growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
- Near native Spanish and fluent English skills.
