- About the Company and Department
- Outpayce operates as Amadeus’ fintech branch, focusing on payment solutions for travel businesses worldwide. The Strategy team is dedicated to analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and defining strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

During the internship, the student will be part of the Strategy and Corporate Development area, collaborating on key projects that combine market research, competitive analysis, and the generation of insights to support decision-making processes.

Educational Objectives - Master’s in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation
- The internship experience is aligned with the competencies and content of the Master’s program and will enable the student to:

Learn to identify trends and design initiatives that optimize processes and improve efficiency in the fintech sector.

Gain firsthand experience in developing innovative strategies to transform payment methods in the travel industry.

Learning Activities
- Under the supervision of an assigned mentor, the student will learn to:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives by collecting and interpreting data.
- Collaborate on the preparation of presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional teamwork to advance strategic projects.

- **Eligible Degrees**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Languages and Tools Valued**:

- Advanced English (working proficiency).
