**Your mission**:
We are looking for a **Product Manager** with strong expertise in payment systems,** API integrations**, and **BACEN** regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with direct connections or PSTI services is essential. In this role, you will own the integration roadmap for Brazil’s core payment infrastructure (SPB, SPI, and Nuclea).

This ownership extends beyond technical delivery to include strategic supplier management, relentless optimization of existing processes, and directly enabling tangible product conversion and growth through the delivery of highly reliable, fast, and scalable payment solutions.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead and manage payment system integrations, including **BACEN/PSTI** and other Third-Party Suppliers (TPS).
- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure integration projects meet business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security protocols, and payment industry standards.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integration workflows to prevent errors and ensure scalability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

**Your profile**:

- Proven record of end-to-end integration with **BACEN**, leveraging direct, hybrid, or using **PSTI** services.
- 3+ years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in **API integration**s within the FinTech or **Payments sector.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills: crucial for collaborating with various teams in different languages.
- Fluency in **Portuguese** and **English or Spanish**is required.
- Problem-solving mindset: the ability to proactively identify and solve technical challenges.
- Attention to detail: essential for managing complex integrations and preventing errors.
- ** PSTI** knowledge: prior experience or familiarity with the specific technical requirements and standards of a PSTI.
- Payment industry knowledge: a deep understanding of payment processes, regulations and **BACEN** protocols.
