We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
**Experience**
Experience in developing high quality security related documentation, development and delivery of trainings.
Academic studies in security related topics
**Technical skills**
A good level of understanding of Operational Resilience practices with a focus on Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management skills.
Ability to develop high quality documentation, presentation and training materials
Project Management skills
**Soft skills / transversal skills**
Self Awareness and genuine willigness to learn
Communication skills
Influencing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive engagement and strong collaboration
