Director Origination

US - Remote with travel or Onsite
- $200,000 - $250,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Originate, develop and execute a pipeline of competitive data center development sites.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, including site selection, permitting, grid interconnection and commercial offtake negotiations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers, partners, and suppliers to maximize company value.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage development budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Represent the company with stakeholders, industry forums, and public authorities, supporting strategy, approvals, and growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in energy origination and/or development for power generation or data centers.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of project commercial and contractual structures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
