Dentro de un servicio de testing para un cliente del sector bancario necesitamos incorporar a un perfil de Team Lead. Esteservicio está gestionado desde España con un equipo distribuido entre España e India.

**Requisitos**:

- Entre 3 años de experiência como Project Manager o QA Manager.
- Experiência en testing
- Persona organizada, flexible y con capacidad de liderazgo
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos distribuidos
- Conocimientos herramientas de Testing y publicación de matrices de pruebas tipo HPQC, Selenium, etc..
- Conocimientos del sector bancario
- Inglés nível avanzado/alto
- Deseable certificación en Testing, o project management

**Principales actividades**:

- Gestión de los proyectos de Testing, desde la definición de las matrices de pruebas desde le diseño funcional, hasta el seguimiento y control de los QA y Testers del proyecto
- Gestión de terceros implicados en el proyecto, automatización, seguridad, pruebas de rendimiento, aprovisionamiento de datos
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la planificación
- Gestión de riesgos y conflictos con el cliente e internos
- Relación con los stakeholders del cliente
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente
