**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Financial Controller** with strong experience in **debt management, financial modelling, and controlling** to join our international team.
This role combines analytical rigour with business insight — supporting decision-making, ensuring financial compliance, and contributing to the long-term financial health of our projects.

**_Main Responsibilities:_**

**Debt Management**
- Manage utilization requests, drawdowns, and distributions under loan agreements.
- Prepare and send performance and operational reports to lenders.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs and compliance covenants.
- Assist with loan documentation, amendments, and compliance matters.
- Analyse and update financial models, proposing new assumptions when needed.
- Provide hedging support and oversee construction budgets.
- Create and maintain financial and valuation models.

**Controlling**
- Supervise month-end closing and management reporting.
- Coordinate monthly management accounts with the accounting team.
- Perform variance analysis and deviation reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors and support internal control processes.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial reviews.
- Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity needs.
- Ensure accurate cost and revenue allocation according to internal rules.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling or debt management.
- Advanced Excel and **financial modelling skills** (valuation & debt models).
- Strong knowledge of loan agreements, covenants, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- **Nice to Have**
- Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
- Background in project finance.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with banks, auditors, and internal teams.
