**Who will you be working for?**:

**What is this job about?**:
In this position as an **Accounts Payable**, your goal will be to ensure that all the financial and administrative related procedures are running smoothly.

On a daily basis, you will manage vendor and supplier relationships while solving different issues that might arise.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Review and **resolve** all incoming **queries** from suppliers, buyers and requisitioners
- Learn and master complex **standard processes** and use them to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain trusted relations with all **vender accounts**:

- **Collaborate** with other teams and lead the **process implementations** in new countries
- Process **IL vendor** invoices in SAP
- Analyze business metrics and report significant insights

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills**:proficient** level in **German** and **advanced** level in **English**:

- Previous experience **working in an office environment** (preferably in Accounts Payable or Finance)
- Experience in **Customer Care/Service/Support**:

- Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Office** and **IT** tools
- Knowledge of **Billings & Invoices**:

**Important**: For this position, you will be working in the beautiful location of Barcelona, Spain You will need to be in possession of an **EU visa/Spanish work permit**.
