Project Assistant

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **reliable, proactive, and well-organized assistant** to support with **property management tasks** and a **new renovation project**.
This position involves a combination of on-site coordination, scheduling, and back-office support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Help coordinate **appointments** with contractors, architects, and suppliers
- Assist in the **day-to-day management of properties** (checking maintenance, follow-ups, service calls)
- Support the **renovation project** with scheduling, task tracking, and communication
- Identify and manage **small issues or repairs** proactively
- Creating Excel spreadsheets for various analyses
- Maintain contact with **service providers and local authorities** when needed

**Your Profile**
- Excellent **English and Spanish communication skills** (spoken and written); **German** is a plus
- Highly **organized, reliable, and responsible**, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- **Hands-on, solution-oriented, and self-motivated**, with a positive, can-do attitude
- **Experience or interest** in property management, hospitality, renovations, or design
- Strong **analytical and administrative skills**; able to manage data, budgets, and schedules
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and **Google Workspace**:

- Familiar with **Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphic tools** (advantageous)
- Confident creating **Excel-based reports** to support planning and project analysis
- Able to conduct **research and build relationships** with suppliers, contractors, and architects
- Knowledge of **social media tools or content coordination** is a plus
- **Architectural understanding** or design flair preferred
- Comfortable working **both remotely and on-site**:

Pay: 14.00€ - 16.00€ per hour
