- **Handle Customer Inquiries**:Proactively address all customer inquiries, including complex technical issues, with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

**Requirements**:
**Your Experience, Our Future**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in **French & English** (written and spoken).
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Confident phone and digital communication, active listening, and the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- **Customer Focus**: A passion for providing exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- **Organisational Skills**: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous bar experience is a plus.
- **Team Player**:A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- **Problem-Solver**:A proactive mindset, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

**Benefits**

**Your Benefits Package**:

- **Start Date**:March 3rd
- **Contract**: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- **Position**: Technical Support Agent
- **Hours**: 39 hours/week
- **Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (one short day)
- **Salary**: €21,000.00 gross per year
- **Holidays**:24 calendar days / 2 accrued days per month
- Paid Bank Holidays + 1 Extra Day in Lieu
- **Work Model**: On Site
- **Training**:3 weeks of training based in the office, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- **Office Location**:Barcelona (La Sagrera)
