**JOB DESCRIPTION**

In a fast changing market and business environment a data analytics strategy is critical to improve processes, increase revenue, and make strategic decisions. The goal of a data analytics area is to help the organization to make better decisions by understanding the data and using it to inform the decision-making stakeholders. Without a clear data analytics strategy, organization can end up wasting time and resources on collecting data that isn't actionable or valuable.

This role is a position integrated in Data & Analytics team part of the Commercial and Business Excellence Unit, that provides support and service to the Spanish and Portuguese organization and across all the business unit and areas.

Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

- Extract, Transform and Load the Data from various sources into the DWH
- Create Dataflows from Raw sources to the Cloud golden layer
- Combine various data sources into insights
- Detect, recognize and analyze patterns in the Data
- Create Advance Analytics Solutions
- Familiar with Clustering Algorithms & Machine Learning Techniques
- Support the CRM Data Strategy in collaboration with D&A Data Steward, including (but not limited to):

- Master data definitions (aligned to regional and global definitions) and CRM system data management
- Coordinates with IT to ensure effective data governance
- Map the salesforce effectiveness results to find areas of opportunity and insights from a system and business stand point.
- Work in close collaboration with local and regional L&D & FFE to set effectiveness measures which are aligned with the broader business objectives of the organization.
- Actively compare these FFE results to industry benchmarks and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Support and collaborate with other activities, projects and needs that the organization and/or area requires that are align with the Strategic Framework and priorities..

**EDUCATION & SKILLS**
- Bachelor degree in Economics /Computer Science/ Engineer
- Technical skills: SQL//Power BI/Cloud Solutions/ Data Bricks/ Python
- At least 5 year experience in Business analytics and Data Engineer projects
- Ability to work with huge data arrays and significant all-around accuracy in work
- Languages: high Spanish, Portuguese (optional) and good English level written/spoken (C1)
